Plaintiff herein is the owner of a tract of land consisting of approximately six acres of ground in the Borough of Yeadon known as the "Barnes Tract" which tract it proposes to subdivide into 20 building lots and upon which it proposes to erect 20 dwelling houses. However, on July 14, 1955, plaintiff owned only one of the lots presently in question and at that time applied for a building
