Appellant was found guilty by a jury on both counts of an information, the first of which accused him of attempted violation of Penal Code, section 288a, committed on or about November 1, 1953, with Billy Hoss, and the second violation of section 288a committed on the same date with John Ritesman, and was sentenced to San Quentin, the sentences to run concurrently. He appeals from the judgment on both counts asserting mainly with respect to the first count...
