Per Curiam.

This is an appeal by the petitioners-appellants from an order of the judge of the circuit court, first circuit, at chambers, in equity, acting and herein referred to as "chancellor" dismissing "without prejudice" an action whereby the petitioners, appellants herein, have sought to impress a trust upon 250 shares of the capital stock of Wing Sing Wo Company, Limited, a Hawaiian corporation, and to obtain an accounting of the dividends thereon.
