This garnishment proceeding has resulted from a traffic accident occurring on a public street in the city of Grand Rapids on October 30, 1953. At the time defendant Larry Fisher was driving an automobile owned by himself and his mother, the defendant Zoa Fisher. Plaintiff Bettie Leach was a guest passenger in the car.
