Appellants were convicted of criminal conspiracy in violation of section 182 of the Penal Code (Count I) and for forgery of fictitious names, (Counts II through V) in violation of section 470. The conspiracy was with Titus, Tyhurst and Ogan to print, forge and pass forged checks.
