Mr. Justice HARNSBERGER delivered the opinion of the court.

The Milliron Oil Company, plaintiff, brought its action against a large number of defendants among whom was the appellant Hillberry. The object of the suit was to quiet plaintiff's alleged title both to the surface and to the oil, gas and other minerals on and under a considerable acreage, and to quiet its alleged title to oil, gas and other minerals only, on and under certain other acres...
