HULBURD, Justice.

Having made the usual provision for payment of debts, funeral expense and the like, the testator, George A. Wellman, in a one-page will, provided as follows:

"Second:— All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever it may consist and wherever it may be, I give to my executor, hereinafter named, in trust and the use, interest and income threfrom, I give to Loula Feller...
