ANGSTMAN, Justice.

Claimant sustained injuries on July 10, 1952, arising out of and in the course of his employment with the defendant, Arthur L. Stuart, doing business as Bozeman Electric Company. He presented a claim to the industrial accident board for workmen's compensation. After hearing the board ruled that claimant's injury produced permanent disability and fixed the compensation at $27.50 a week for not to exceed 37 weeks. The injury was found to be a crushing...
