The District Court by its final order of May 9, 1956, set aside a jury verdict for $25,000 in favor of Charles Wayne Doggett, plaintiff, and entered judgment for appellees, defendants. Thereafter the court entered an order overruling plaintiff's motion to set aside the final order.
