Appeal from an interlocutory decree of divorce. Appellant contends that the trial court exceeded its jurisdiction by ruling on and dividing real and personal property located outside the boundaries of California; in making a present disposition of the property rights of the parties, and in failing to award the wife at least one-half of the community property since she was awarded the decree on the grounds of extreme cruelty.
