This case involves cross appeals from the final determination of the Indian Claims Commission entered in Commission Docket No. 52, February 3, 1955 (3 Ind.Cls.Com. 288), denying the petitioners' first and second alternative prayers for relief and awarding judgment in the sum of $417,656 on the third prayer. There is also before the court the appeal of the Choctaw Nation from the Commission's order of January 24, 1955, denying the Nation's motion...
