This is an appeal from the conviction and sentence for rape. Appellant, James Goodman was tried and convicted by a jury on charges of common law rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Hattie Kinsey. Motion in arrest of judgment as to the count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor was granted and the defendant was sentenced on the rape charge to undergo imprisonment at the Eastern State Penitentiary for a term of not less...
