This is an action for specific performance of a written instrument executed by defendant, Mrs. J. C. Hauck, wherein she granted plaintiff, William Kalivas, an option to purchase a tract of approximately 75 acres of farm land in Platte County, Missouri, upon conditions in said agreement set forth. The trial court found the issues generally in favor of plaintiff, but refused specific performance, and, in lieu thereof, awarded plaintiff damages...
