PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal in a criminal case in which defendant, who was represented by able counsel, waived jury trial and was convicted by the judge of removing and concealing non tax paid whiskey in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(4). The only question raised by the appeal relates to the propriety of questions asked by the trial judge of the witness Cannon, who was arrested while transporting the whiskey and who told the officers that he was transporting...
