This is a suit in equity here appealed on questions of law and fact from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County finding in favor of the defendants and sustaining the validity of an amendment to the zoning ordinance of the city of Brooklyn, by the provisions of which the classification of the property in question was changed from Class "A," dwelling house use, to Class "E," industrial use.
