Alexander; Transcontinental Insurance Corporation; and Pearl Assurance Company, Ltd., as defendants, to reform an insurance policy against sprinkler leakage issued by Pearl Assurance Company, Ltd., on May 28, 1951, in the amount of $7,000 for a term of 3 years. He alleged that said policy had been issued contrary to his directions for annual automatic renewal of separate sprinkler leakage and fire insurance...
