MEDINA, Circuit Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment, entered upon the verdict of a jury, by which he was found guilty of "receiving, selling or facilitating the transportation" of a quantity of heroin. As a second offender he was sentenced to eight years imprisonment and a remitted fine of one dollar.
