The statutes of this State do not define the "right of privacy," and there is no statutory law relating to a cause of action for an unauthorized invasion of the "right of privacy." The contention that such a right does in fact exist, under certain circumstances, was first sustained in this State in the decision of this court in Pavesich v. New England Life Ins.
