This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court affirming an order of the Administrator of the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation fixing the contribution rates of the Morrison Motor Company and the Muskingum Motor Company, two corporations located in the city of Zanesville, Ohio.
