In this suit in equity, the plaintiff seeks a judgment rescinding the assignment of certain patents to the defendant.

The plaintiff entered the employ of the defendant as a chemist in 1931. He had been educated at the University of Manchester where he had specialized in the chemistry of cellulose products; thereafter, he had had experience in that field in the employ of various wood pulp and paper manufacturing
