This suit is brought by the United States against certain wheat farmers in Carroll County, Maryland, who refused to permit representatives of the Secretary of Agriculture to enter their farms and measure wheat acreage therein under the provisions of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, 7 U.S.C.A. § 1281 et seq.
