This is an appeal by the Yuchi (Euchee) Tribe of Indians et al., from an order of the Indian Claims Commission dismissing the appellant's claim for recovery in their own right of the value of certain land ceded to the United States Government by the treaties of August 9, 1814, 7 Stat. 120, and June 16, 1802, 7 Stat. 68, for which they claim no compensation was paid.
