The Board of Road Supervisors of Highland Township filed a petition praying for the approval by the court of the relocation of a section of the road leading from the Knoxlyn-Orrtanna Road to the McKnightstown-Hereter's Mill Road, and the vacation of the old location thereof. The portion to be vacated extends for a distance of 309 feet from the intersection of the Knoxlyn-Orrtanna Road and will be supplied by a new section of road extending...
