In a suit for construction of the will of Abby L. Eddy, deceased, and for other relief, the district court entered a final decree. By a subsequent order it allowed to attorneys and guardians ad litem fees and reimbursement for expenses incurred. An appeal from the final decree aforesaid was taken by plaintiff Abby Beveridge Baum1 only. Our decision on that appeal (No. 11389) has been filed.
