In this action against his employers for damages for the loss of his left leg while operating a hay baler, a jury returned a verdict of $15,000 in favor of Leon Cathey, a farm hand then seventeen years and five months old. But the trial court sustained the defendants' motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and Leon, by his grandmother as guardian, prosecutes this appeal from the final judgment in favor of the defendants.
