This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

Defendant was accused by information of the crime of petty larceny. Upon trial to the court he was found guilty of the crime charged in the information and it was adjudged that he be fined $15 and pay the costs of the action. Defendant has appealed.

We find no error and the judgment is therefore...
