This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County entered in favor of plaintiff against the Industrial Commission of Ohio on a death claim.

Plaintiff claims she is the widow of decedent, who died as a result of injuries suffered while employed by Kobacher Stores, Inc., Columbus, Ohio. The Industrial Commission denied the claim on the ground that plaintiff was not the widow of decedent. On appeal...
