This is a suit on a chattel mortgage note dated January 8, 1952, executed by defendant, payable December 1, 1952, in the principal sum of $1,328.27, and secured by a chattel mortgage on a Ford tractor and other farm implements described therein. The seven plaintiffs, alleging themselves to be the sole heirs of James Marion and Minnie Dozier Bunn, deceased, prayed for judgment on the note in the principal sum set forth, with interest and attorney's fees...
