This action was instituted by Holt, Administrator of the Estate of James Bond, Jr., an infant, to recover damages from Mrs. Bradshaw and husband for this infant's death. That instant death was the result of being run over on a public highway by an automobile belonging to Mrs. Bradshaw, and in which she was riding. Her husband was driving.
