No. 4159.

86 So.2d 235 (1956)

Jo Sidney TARVER, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. FIDELITY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY et al., Defendants-Appellees.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, First Circuit.

March 20, 1956.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Watson, Blanche, Fridge, Wilson, Posner & Thibaut, Baton Rouge, for appellant.

Huckabay, Seale, Kelton & Hayes, Baton Rouge, for appellees.

TATE, Judge.

This is a companion suit to LaFuria v. Tarver, reported at 86 So.2d 232. Since for the reasons more fully set forth therein we found that the present plaintiff's negligence was a contributory proximate cause of her accident with defendants' vehicle, the judgment of the District Court dismissing plaintiff's demand of $102.07 is affirmed at appellant's cost.
