The State of California, William Westlake and John Mullen separately appeal from a decree determining heirship in the estate of William Caruch.

William Caruch, on July 17, 1950, executed a witnessed will disposing of portions of his estate. This will was typewritten, signed and properly executed as provided in section 50 of the Probate Code.
