Plaintiffs and respondents were the owners of 160 acres of land in the northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, S.B.M., since 1906. It adjoins Section 27 to the north, owned by defendants and appellants and their predecessors. Since 1906, Antelope Road, a public road bordering and lying to the east of defendants' property, was reached by plaintiffs by means of a roadway from Section 34 across Section 27 to Antelope Road.
