Eddie Numon and Wreatha L. Numon, husband and wife, brought this action in the district court for Scotts Bluff County. The primary purpose of the action is to recover damages from defendants Griffith H. Davies, Jr., and Griffith H. Davies, Sr., members of a copartnership doing business as Davies and Son, arising out of injury done to a house owned by plaintiffs while it was being moved for them by these defendants...
