Appellant was convicted by the court, sitting without a jury, of violating the statute prohibiting the possession of tickets and other paraphernalia designed for the purpose of conducting a lottery.1 On appeal his sole contention is that the trial judge erred in not granting a motion to suppress evidence obtained from his person and also from his locker as the result of a search incident to his arrest.
