This suit was brought under the Workmen's Compensation Act, T.C.A. § 50-901 et seq., to recover compensation and medical expenses necessary from an accident sustained by an employee. The trial court gave judgment for the petitioner and found that he was totally disabled from April 27, 1954, to May 18, 1955. From this period there was deducted a period from September 30, 1954, until February 15, 1955, both inclusive, in which the employee suffered...
