In the early part of February, 1955, the town planning and zoning board of Stratford changed from light industrial to business 1 the zonal classification of a small parcel of land located at the intersection of Honeyspot and Great Meadows Roads. From that action the plaintiff appealed to the defendant board of zoning appeals, but the appeal was dismissed. He then appealed to the Court of Common Pleas, which sustained his appeal, and the defendant board...
