PETERSON, Justice.

This is an action at law by plaintiff against the administrators of the Estate of Ernest J. Hubbard, deceased. Plaintiff was a guest in the automobile of Hubbard on the evening of August 8th and early morning of August 9, 1953. The automobile was wrecked on a bridge immediately north of Merrill, Iowa, and Hubbard and another guest Kilmer lost their lives. Plaintiff was seriously injured.
