CONDON, Justice.

This is an action of assumpsit for the breach of a building contract. The case was tried to a justice of the superior court sitting without a jury and resulted in a decision for the plaintiff in the sum of $1,485.95. The defendant excepted to such decision and to seven rulings on the admission of evidence. The case is here on her bill of exceptions containing those eight exceptions.
