The defendant, by an application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, sought an order vacating a judgment of conviction entered upon his plea of guilty to an indictment charging him with the crime of grand larceny in the second degree, on March 31, 1949.

It appears that the defendant had been previously convicted of the crime of grand larceny in Monroe County and had been sentenced...
