This case arose out of a head-on collision between two automobiles on Route 301 in Prince George's County on December 22, 1950. The plaintiff, Dawidowicz, who was at that time in the army, was a passenger in an automobile driven in a northerly direction by Elmo L. Aiudi, another soldier, which collided in the northbound lane with an automobile driven in a southerly direction by the appellant, Williams. Among other...
