The policy issued by the plaintiff in this case does not differ essentially from the policy which was before the court in Employers &c. Corp. v. Roux, 98 N.H. 309. The fact that the policy in that case was designated a "named operator policy" rather than a "non-owner policy" is not significant. Neither policy described any automobile owned by the insured, and in each case paragraph 1 of the statutory endorsement...
