Four automobiles were involved in a highway accident in Lee County shortly after midnight on the morning of October 18, 1952. The plaintiff, Mary Busser, was a guest passenger in one of the cars which was being driven by Donald Pieper. As a result of the accident, Donald Pieper was killed and Mary Busser was injured.
