This matter comes before the court on a petition to enforce a settlement arrived at between counsel for the parties in the above captioned action in ejectment.

Defendants admitted that they occupied a portion of plaintiffs' premises, but claimed the right to continue to occupy it on the basis of adverse possession on their part and laches on the part of plaintiffs.
