Action by George Alex, Jr., plaintiff, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when an automobile owned and driven by defendant John Jozelich in which plaintiff was a passenger ran into and collided with the rear of a truck owned by defendant Clayton M. Andrews, doing business as Grainbelt Distributing Company, and operated at the time by Charles M. Campbell, his employee.
