James R. Paul, plaintiff below, sued the defendants, Anchor Motor Freight, Incorporated, herein sometimes referred to as Anchor, and Southern Motor Express, Incorporated, herein sometimes referred to as Southern, for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a collision involving a dump truck owned and operated by the plaintiff, and two trucks owned and operated respectively by the defendants.
