On December 10, 1954, in the Juvenile Court, appellant acknowledged paternity of a child born out of wedlock. Judgment of paternity was entered against him and in accordance with Code, § 11-959, the requirement of security was suspended and he was placed on probation on condition that he comply with any subsequent order of court.
