This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

Defendant was accused by information of the crime of larceny. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced by the court to be confined in the State Penitentiary at Fort Madison, Iowa, for a term of not exceeding five years, and to pay the costs of this action. Defendant has appealed.

We find no error and the judgment is therefore...
