This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

Defendant was accused in an indictment with the crime of making "beer available to minor in violation of Section 124.20 of the 1954 Code of Iowa [I.C.A.]." The court approved a clarifying amendment to the charge, which then stated defendant did "sell beer to a minor, to-wit: Henry Baldwin, on the premises of a class `B' permit holder to-wit: Wilbur Price", overruled defendant's demurrer to indictment...
