BRAMHALL, Justice.

The principal questions raised by this appeal relate to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction and to the charge of the court in certain respects on the law of accomplices.

Appellant was indicted and tried for robbery alleged to have been committed by appellant and two other young men upon one Edgar Megginson. The jury found appellant guilty. Appellant appealed.
