This is an appeal in a habeas corpus proceeding from two orders entered at Special Term. While three defendants are named in the title, only one, Larry Haines, appears to have been served and he is the only appellant. The first order denied the defendant's motion pursuant to section 237-a of the Civil Practice Act to dismiss the proceedings for lack of jurisdiction, and the second order granted custody...
